  11. Spaghetti With Feta Cheese
  12.  
  13. 1  pkg. spaghetti             Salt, to taste
  14. 2  Tbs. tomato paste          1  tsp. butter
  15. Garlic, to taste            1/4  lb. feta cheese
  16.  
  17. Boil spaghetti according to package directions.  Drain
  18. and rinse well in cold water to prevent sticking.  Add
  19. tomato paste, garlic, salt, and butter to spaghetti.
  20. Warm this for a few minutes in the oven.  Using a strainer,
  21. mash the cheese.  Mix 3/4 of it with the spaghetti and
  22. spread the rest on top.  Serves 4.
